Meet The Founders

Sofia and Haynes first began working together in 2022, partnering as a marketing freelancer and artist with a shared passion for music. Though their time in the music industry has looked different, they have each carried the same burden to see God glorified.

This led to them co-founding For The Glory which launched at the beginning of 2024. Since then they have worked together, along with their team, to elevate artists who make music for the glory of God. From curating playlists and creating a podcast, to publishing blog write-ups and collaborating with Christian events, the vision of their partnership continues to take shape in exciting ways.

One of these is Glory Gather, which is For The Glory’s newest initiative that will address the felt gap of discipleship and development for Christians in the music industry worldwide. With plans to launch in the first half of 2026, their heart is to see Glory Gather become a thriving online community of like-minded individuals who won’t conform to the status quo, but instead be challenged to be unapologetically uncompromising in the way they live out their God-given callings.
